As well, we need you to print and sign a volunteer waiver document (18k). Please read carefully, and if you're under 19 make sure your parent or guardian signs as well. If you have any questions, feel free to call, email, or use the Contact Us form.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will not be able to volunteer without filling out this registration form, AND completing and signing the waiver document. If you do not bring the completed waiver document, you will not be permitted entrance.
